What kinds of payments are accepted?
Little Inspirations currently accepts Paypal, Credit Cards via Paypal, Cash, Checks (on a case by case basis), Cashier Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders.  You can also pay via check through Paypal but it is subject to a 7-10 day hold for the payment to clear Paypal.  

How do I make a payment from another Country?
International Payments must be made through Paypal via Paypal account or Credit Card.  The great thing about this method of payment is that Paypal converts international currency automatically.  If you need to know what amount your purchase is in your currency versus U.S. Dollar, please contact me directly for a conversion rate.  Please state in your message which currency type you need converted and I will respond to your request.  

How do I make Cash, Check or Money Order Purchases?
If you need to make a payment via cash, check or Postal Money Order, please send me a message by email or Contact Us Form and let me know how you are paying and I will forward an address for you to send your payment to.  Please be advised that mailing your payment will delay the shipping and receipt of your item.  Checks are subject to a waiting period once received of at least 3-7 days to guarantee your payment method clears.

Are there any stipulations on payments made by Check?
Checks are accepted on a case by case basis, and are subject to a $20 return check fee if your check bounces so please be cautious with this method of payment.  It also will more than likely prevent me from accepting checks from you in the future if you should decide to purchase from me again.  

What items are included in Shipping & Handling Charges?
Shipping & Handling Charges include the cost of your envelope or box that I ship your item in, any packing materials used, postage, and a confirmation number for your item.  Confirmation numbers are not provided for orders less than $25.00.

What are my Shipping Options?
All items are sent via the United States Post Office, unless otherwise specified.  At the time of shipment your confirmation number is entered into Paypal or emailed to you (depending on your method of payment) so you can easily track your item.  If your order is shipped by UPS or FedEx you will be notified and an additional Shipping & Handling Charge will apply.  This method will be discussed in advance if it is a preferred option.

I live local to Raleigh, NC.  Can I pick up my order directly?
Yes, you can pick up your order directly if you live near Raleigh, NC and avoid the Shipping & Handling costs.  

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Most items do arrive within 1-3 days of shipment, but please be advised that some places within the United States it can take up to 7 days for your item to arrive.  International orders can take from 2 to 4 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on Customs.  Please be patient if you are ordering internationally.

What if my package doesn't get here when it is supposed to?
If you have any issues with your shipment, you can use the United States Postal Confirmation number to track your item, or contact me directly to find out the status of your item.  International orders cannot be tracked, but I am happy to inquire about an item if it has been over 4 weeks and try to help you resolve your issue.  Please be advised that Little Inspirations is not responsible for lost or stolen mail, unless you have opted to insure your purchase.  (See Insurance and Delivery Confirmation information below)

Is there a faster method of shipping available?
Priority mail shipping and Overnight delivery within the United States is available as needed.  Please feel free to send me a direct message to request Priority mail or Overnight delivery.  Currently overnight delivery is available for $22.00 through the United States Post Office and is the cheapest way to ship overnight.  This works well if you have a special gift you need expedited.

What about Insurance and Delivery Confirmation Options?
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is already included in to the shipping and handling costs on orders over the amount of $100.00 U.S. Dollars.  If you would like to add insurance to your order and it is less than $100.00, please contact me and I can send you a Paypal request for your order which will include the new shipping & handling charges, or I can send you a request for the difference if you have already made your purchase.  If you would like for your purchase to not require a signature confirmation or you need it shipped somewhere else to guarantee signature, please specify that in your request.
