My Guarantee

Is there a guarantee on my jewelry purchase?
Little Inspirations guarantees that all jewelry will be free from defect in quality and workmanship for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If your jewelry item breaks within 30 days of purchase, please contact me directly so we can make arrangements to repair or replace your item. Please save as much of the product as you can and mail it back to the address I provide you with, or fill out a Contact Us form with your information, and the item that was defective. I will either fix the item or replace it at my own discretion with a new identical or similar piece (with your approval). If no similar item is available or your item cannot be recreated, I will gladly give you a credit towards any other item you are interested in. I may ask you for a photo of the broken material- including any of the stringing line, so please do not throw any of it away until we have spoken. What if my item breaks after the initial 30 days? If your item breaks AFTER the initial 30 days please send me as much of the product as you can, and I will gladly repair your item for the cost of materials used, plus a $5 repair fee. Please be aware that if the original materials used are not in stock the original design concept may be altered in order to recreate it. I will let you know when you notify me of the breakage if this is the case. All recreations are subject to your approval before shipping your item back to you to ensure you are happy with your finished product. |
Please note: there are some items that do get a lot of wear and tear. Lanyards that are worn every day by school teachers, or nurses tend to get pulled on, snagged on things, and more. Excessive wear and tear on your lanyards can lead to fractures in your jewelry and can eventually lead to breakage. If you have a high profile job where this is possible, please contact me so I can advise you on a sturdier design that is less likely to break. A strung beaded lanyard is pretty, but can likely break often if you have a lot of stress points in your job environment. In addition, hanging items from it, such as heavy key rings can also add stress and contribute to your breakage factor. While I make every assurance to ensure quality craftsmanship, there are items that are worn every day that I cannot guarantee to not break over time. If you find that more than one lanyard has been broken over the course of 6 months you probably are a good candidate for a sturdier lanyard design, such as a chain or wire link that is less likely to break when stressed. At the very least it is more likely to be easily fixed if it does. Extended Guarantee
If you are interested in purchasing an extended guarantee on your jewelry please contact me for a quote. Most items will be as simple as paying an additional $10.00 to guarantee your item for up to a year. With higher cost purchases this may be an advantage to you. Jewelry items that are valued at less than $25.00 are not eligible for extended guarantee at this time.

Extended Guarantees are good for one repair and replace per item. Once your repair and replace has been used, an additional Extended Guarantee will need to be selected to guarantee repair and replace beyond the 30 day mark on the new item.
