Custom Order - $25.00 Deposit Deposit Information: A minimum deposit of at least $25.00 is expected at the time of order placement. If your item is less than $25, payment will be expected in full at time of request. If I cannot fill your order for any reason I will let you know promptly. Please be advised: Certain orders may require a higher deposit or payment in full depending on the type of request. If you cancel the order for any reason there will be a set amount stated on your receipt or via email that will be non refundable for restocking purposes. When is the balance due?
Payment in full is expected within 1-3 days of item completion unless we have arranged otherwise, or your order is less than $25.00 What is the expected wait time on custom orders? The typical wait time on custom orders is about 1 to 2 weeks for item completion. If your item requires me to order supplies, I will contact you to let you know how long your expected wait time will be on your item. If you need it sooner, the original concept may be altered to get your item to you in the time frame you need or you may be charged a processing fee to expedite your supplies. I try to avoid this to keep costs down, however with some orders it is simply unavoidable. If you are ordering from out of country, please allow extra delivery time. What are special order items? Letter block orders are special order items and a portion of those special orders are non refundable once your deposit is placed. Pewter lettering is the more cost effective option, but I can order sterling silver or upgrade any order to sterling for a higher amount. Just let me know when you order. Sterling silver is available for those who prefer sterling, or have allergies to plated jewelry or nickel. How do I approve my customized order? For all custom orders, I will take a photo of your item at completion and ask you to verify it before I ship your item. This allows for quality assurance, and for you to check out the work before it is mailed. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let me know at that time. This helps me avoid having to return orders and having to pay extra shipping charges for inaccurate orders. |
